EASYIO Extension for HILINK
The HILINK board can be used with a USB port with this extension. The achievable real-time closed-loop sampling rate is 1024 Hz. This extension includes the EASYIO software and a custom USB adapter.
Multiboard Extension for HILINK
With this extension, up to 16 HILINK boards can be used simultaneously without any performance degradation.
Normal Mode Soft Real-Time Library for HILINK
This extension pack enables the existing HILINK boards to work in normal mode without Real-Time Workshop (renamed as Matlab Coder and Simulink Coder in Matlab R2011a and later) and Real-Time Windows Target (renamed as Simulink Desktop Real-Time in Matlab R2015a and later) under both 32-bit and 64-bit Windows. It gives soft real-time performance far superior than that of Real-Time Windows Target or Simulink Desktop Real-Time in normal mode.

If you would like to try this software, please click on hilinkt2012a.exe to download the trial version of this software (includes only Analog Input and Analog Output blocks) for Matlab R2012a (also compatible with Matlab R2007b through Matlab R2022b). Please execute it and follow the on-screen instructions for installation. If you install this version in a different folder, you can use this version and your existing one concurrently. This version of the HILINK software requires the runtime components of Visual C++ Libraries. If you do not have Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package or Visual C++ 2008 installed on your computer, please download and install the Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package (vcredist_x86.exe for 32-bit Windows and vcredist_x64.exe for 64-bit Windows) before using the library blocks. The package includes a simple test model (test.mdl) for illustration. Please enter the following in your Matlab command window >> T=(sampling period, eg., 0.001), >> S=(stop time, e.g., inf), >> com=(your com port number, e.g., 5), and connect B0 to A0 on the HILINK board before running this model.
